Gospel Centered - In a G.R.O.W. Group, people are constantly learning about, being transformed by, and sharing the Gospel with one another.

Radically Transparent - In a G.R.O.W. Group, people are transparent with struggles, accepting of others’ transparency, and are committed to achieve lasting spiritual growth through radical vulnerability.

Outward Focused - In a G.R.O.W. Group, people move away from focusing on themselves and are devoted to supporting the other members of the group, even at the expense of their own wants or needs.

Welcoming Atmosphere - In a G.R.O.W. Group, people are eager to help new members feel included and are passionate about seeing others become a part of a G.R.O.W. Group.
